Indigenize Your Facilitation

NGC intentionally incorporates Indigenous practices into our facilitation. We’ve put together a short list of some of the ways we do this. There are many factors to consider when Indigenizing your own facilitation, so this list is not exhaustive! We encourage you to adapt these ideas in ways that make the most sense for your event and community.
