Leadership Development

Overview

We currently provide leadership development training through our Native Nation Rebuilders program. In the near future, we’ll also offer other initiatives to the grassroots changemakers in our region.

The Native Nation Rebuilders program is a two-year, cohort-based leadership training experience for Indigenous changemakers in Mni Sota Makoce, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The goal of the program is to strengthen Native leadership and equip changemakers with Indigenized tools and frameworks they can use to help rebuild their nations.
