NGC can act as moderator for election candidate forums across communities in a nation. We have executed this type of project for Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe and Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community.
We’ve worked with the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe and Prairie Island Indian Community on projects related to reforming their constitutions to better align with their status as sovereign nations.
We can provide condensed educational sessions to Tribal Councils around the principles of Native Nation Rebuilding. NGC delivered this project to the Rosebud Sioux Tribe over several years
NGC can collaborate with your nation on special projects in the areas of planning and facilitation. We can develop agendas, provide facilitation support at planning committee meetings, help develop a project timeline, prepare for planning committee meetings by creating materials, developing a facilitation plan, identifying facilitation methods and strategies to implement, etc.
We can provide assistance and resources around engaging with other Native nations, as well as federal, state, and local governments to foster impactful networks of change.
