Minnesota State Fair: Indigenous Peoples’ Day

Native Governance Center will be at the Minnesota State Fair this August. Are you planning to attend too? Amid all the cheese curds, midway rides, and pronto pups, stop by our booth! To celebrate Indigenous Peoples Day and the theme, Mitákuye Owás’iŋ (All My Relations), NGC will host a table featuring information about our programming, swag, and a giveaway.
We’ll be tabling in Dan Patch Park with other Indigenous organizations on Sunday, August 30th, from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. We’re grateful to NĀTIFS Indigenous Food Lab for hosting this event and making space for Native organizations like NGC. Stop by our table to say han, boozhoo, hi!
