Thomasina Mandan is an enrolled member of the Three Affiliated Tribes and is the Director of the Office of Ethics Commission. She enjoys working with the Tribal Administrations and assisting when and where she can. Her background includes grant writing and external grant reviews. As a Doctoral Student at Montana State University Bozeman she is working towards her Doctor of Education in the field of Educational Leadership.
