Rebuilder Directory

Lorna was born and raised on the White Earth Reservation in Minnesota and has spent most of her career there. While she was a Rebuilder, she was working on constitutional reform for White Earth. She has also worked for the Tribal government, gaming, higher education, and IHS. As co-founder of Zaagibagaang, a grassroots effort of members from the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe, Lorna understands the unique situation these six reservations under one constitution are facing in their reform efforts to provide a stronger future for the next generations.
