Jacob McArthur is an enrolled member of the White Earth Ojibwe Nation and serves as the Economic Development Director of the White Earth Tribal Government. His previous work experience includes years working in tribal housing and human services and in higher education as an IT manager. He earned his A.A. from the WETCC in 2020, and in 2021 he earned both his B.S. in Business Administration and MBA from Bemidji State. He serves his community through various boards and committees, including the White Earth Scholarship Program board, and the Achieving the Dream ‘Community College Women Succeed’ advisory group.
